BLOGOVERSARY BLAST & GIVEAWAY!!!

WEDNESDAY, JULY 2ND IS MY 1-YEAR BLOGOVERSARY! This year has been a vapor, let me tell you. My fancy took flight and I followed it. Eye-dyllic has documented mind blowing miracles, my 50th Birthday celebration, my daughter's engagement, family events, friendships, passions and so forth...

Since I began keeping a stat log, I have welcomed 21,792 visitors from 114 countries. A multitude of guests have come in and sit a spell, adding to the ongoing dialog. Others have faithfully lurked, and many have used my blog driveway to turn around. Nevertheless, our worlds have touched.

My blog is heterogeneous in nature. Ask me what my favorite color is and it will depend on the day, my mood, or which direction the wind is blowing. I'm not good at listing my favorite things in singular because my passions are plural. Hence, my eclectic taste reigns supreme here, although I do lean toward nostalgic and romantic.

Monday, July 2, 2007, "galumphing"

Today is my first official day of galumphing! My creativity is being sparked as I find myself in a new abode and, after an expensive move, working with a barely-there budget. So, my frolicsome heart is seeking out new adventures with far less to spend a day...than Rachel Ray! But alas, I will do it! Even with 2 adolescent boys energizing my thought process. My first plan of attack? To make some local discoveries...on the web!
